Crepes Paulette
Crêpes Paulette initially emerged as a food truck phenomenon on the Bentonville Square back in 2010, and its founders are Bentonville native Paula Jo Chitty Henry and her French husband Frédéric Henry. Their culinary mission revolves around offering a delectable and innovative spin on various cuisines with a fast-casual approach, all elegantly encased in their traditional, authentic French crêpes.
The team at Crêpes Paulette is dedicated to minimizing packaging and food waste, embracing recycling practices, and actively participating in fundraisers benefiting the Northwest Arkansas community and beyond. In 2016, they opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant, where they’ve continued their sustainable efforts and expanded their menu while maintaining the warm and inviting atmosphere that has been their hallmark since the food truck days.
